Radiant Employment knows that a visa is an important factor during the recruitment. Our visa process ensures that a candidate is well equipped and qualified to work in the country of his/her intended destination. From the time a candidate goes for a medical check-up to the time that he or she departs for employment, our company takes responsibility for processing the visa. 

Post-Medical Checkup Visa Processing 

After a candidate has undergone and passed through the medical checkup, and has been certified fit for travel, Radiant Employment without any delay processes the visa. This is an important stage because the candidate needs permission for work permit from the country embassy and government departments. 

It is a policy that visa application is conducted professionally and in conformity with the laws of the country of visit. We ensure that we compile necessary documents, apply for visa and thereafter ensure that we pursue the relevant bodies to have it processed as soon as possible. Our aim is to avoid cases where candidates are not ready to travel because of waiting for the visa to be processed and be ready within the shortest time. 

Visa Status Updates 

Our visa process is not shady at all; it is transparent and we communicate all the processes to the clients. Once the visa is stamped on, Radiant Employment comes up with updates to brief the candidate on the status of his visa. This step is important as it helps the candidates to prepare for the next stage within the process. 

We also work in tandem with the employers in order to update them on the development of the visa process as well as the expected date of arrival of the candidate. Open channels of communication are therefore kept open to guarantee that the employer and the candidates are well-equipped for the next processes of employment. 

Pre-Departure Orientation 

It is obligatory for all the candidates to undertake the pre-departure orientation prescribed by the Government of Bangladesh. This is an area in which Radiant Employment does not spare any efforts, offering extensive and all-sided familiarisation in which the candidates are prepared for the challenges awaiting them in a new working environment. 

Of course, let me list some areas we explain to employees during pre-departure orientation: employer remuneration, terms and conditions of employment, cultural norms, etiquette and others. The very practice of this orientation is intended to make a candidate feel comfortable in a new environment thus significantly enhancing the candidate’s productivity when he first joins the organization. 

The orientation program comprises courses that are unique to the given country. These courses give tidbits about immigration processes, laws, policies, workers’ rights, cultures, and etiquettes as well as language lessons about the country of destination. Thus, Radiant Employment assists the candidates to adapt themselves to the new environment ahead of time hence making their transition easy once they join the new organization. 

Departure Arrangements 

The last of the visa procedures is to plan all the travel related organizational matters. Radiant Employment makes it mandatory for the candidates to sign an affidavit before they embark on the journey and by doing so; they will be aware and understand all the employment terms and conditions that are expected of them. 

Radiant Employment also provides the means for transportation of the candidate once the contract has been signed. We also make certain that all the documents which the candidate requires including the original passport, air ticket, orientation certificate, and orientation book are all handed over to the candidate. Documentation Management

Radiant Employment places a strong emphasis on thorough documentation management to ensure that each candidate’s file is complete and compliant with all regulatory requirements. For every selected candidate, we maintain an individual file that includes the following documents:

– Application Received (AR) Form

– Original Passport (with details on Name, Date of Birth, Date of Expiry, Date of Issue, and Place of Issue)

– Personal Details (including information on mother, father, spouse, and children)

– Complete Resume

– Work Experience and Educational Certificates

– Academic and Technical Qualification Certificates

– Driving License (if applicable)

– Ten Recent Passport Size Photographs

– Medical Report

– Employment Agreement

– Immigration Clearance

These documents are crucial for verifying the candidate’s qualifications and eligibility to work abroad. Radiant Employment assists recruited candidates in obtaining Immigration Clearance from the Department of Labor (BMET) and ensures that they are familiar with the necessary formalities, such as completing Embarkation Forms, Departure Forms, and obtaining security clearance.

Departure and Mobilization

Once all formalities are completed, Radiant Employment informs the employer company about the candidate’s flight details and arrival times. This information is communicated via fax, email, or telephone SMS, ensuring that the employer is fully prepared to receive the candidate.

Our office representatives escort the candidates to the airport in Dhaka or Chittagong, providing them with any last-minute assistance they may need. This personal touch ensures that candidates feel supported and confident as they embark on their new journey.

Mobilization is a critical part of the departure process. Upon receiving the visa, Radiant Employment aims to dispatch workers as quickly as possible, typically within 10 to 15 days. Before departure, we provide a comprehensive briefing on airport procedures, immigration crossing, and travel protocols. This briefing also includes detailed information on the immigration process, rules and regulations, and cultural attitudes of the destination country.
